Motiva Preservé™ is a less invasive breast augmentation technique designed to preserve natural breast tissue.

Motiva Preservé™ is a specialist surgical approach rather than simply a type of breast implant. Dedicated instruments create space for a Motiva SmoothSilk® Ergonomix2® implant while minimising cutting and disruption to the breast’s natural tissues and chest muscle.

• Tissue preserving technique: A channel separator and inflatable balloon gently form the implant pocket before the implant is placed through a small incision using a specialist insertion sleeve.
• Potentially easier recovery: Reduced tissue disruption may mean a smaller scar, less discomfort and a quicker return to normal activities than conventional breast augmentation. Results and recovery will vary.
• Local anaesthetic option: Suitable patients may be able to have the procedure under local anaesthetic, although the safest approach is decided individually.
